Cancellation Policy
If your desired date isn't an option, don't hesitate to get in touch to request it via email or DMs. 1. Cancellations with at least 2 weeks notice will receive a full refund. 2. Cancellations within 2 weeks of the booking will not be refunded, but can be rescheduled or transferred as a gifted reading or credit for future readings within 1 year from the original booking. 3. Any cancellations made by Guiding Hand Readings will receive a 100% refund. 4. Palm readings performed by Guiding Hand Readings are purely for the purpose of entertainment. Guiding Hand Readings is not a specialist and is not required to provide accurate information on the client. Any advice given is from speculation; clients should use their discretion if acting upon any advice given relating to the reading or otherwise. Guiding Hand Readings and Asha Mitra are not liable for any damages or consequences, good or bad, due to the client’s actions based on the reading. 5.
